Start with the quick answers below. If you still need help, send us a note and include what you were trying to do.
Cloud sync needs attention
Your local data remains on your device. Confirm you are signed in and connected to the internet, then open Account and try syncing again. If the warning remains, email support with a screenshot.
A recording could not be processed
Check that microphone permission is enabled in iOS Settings and that you have an internet connection. Try a shorter recording or type the memory instead.
Photos and contact access
The app asks permission only when you choose the camera, photo library, or contact-import feature. Permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. Newly added photos are stored privately with your account so they can return after reinstalling or changing devices.
Premium and the 15-person limit
The free plan includes 15 people. Premium removes that limit and enables cloud synchronization. If you already subscribed but Premium is not showing, open the Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases.
Manage or cancel Premium
Apple manages billing. Canceling Premium stops future renewals but keeps access through the current paid period.
Open Apple subscription settingsForgot or change your password
Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen to receive a secure reset link. Once signed in, you can change your password from Account settings.
Delete your account
Open Account settings and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes the account and associated cloud data. If Premium is active, cancel the Apple subscription separately so it does not continue renewing.
